I liked how there was constant communication with updates. You can’t even tell my car was hit. They did a great job repairing it and it was done in a very quick time period.

I would warn those to make sure that they don’t leave without ensuring in writing what is agreed upon, what the expectations are and a ‘reasonable’ expectation of timeframe to completion. 2-4 weeks or more is not reasonable, especially if you schedule a month in advance.

I will say this. The quality, expectations and experience with the Volvo service technicians and staff are and always have been exceptional. Meanwhile, the body shop has a long way to go in setting expectations, timelines and quality control.

Again, the body shop needs to be more accurate, accessible and set realistic expectations up front. Follow up and keeping the client informed needs improvement.
