Pague la mitad de mi bolsillo fue mucho, por que dijeron que lo dejarian bien que cambiarian faro y pintura. No hizieron nada de eso, tengo fotografias, apenas llegue a mi casa de mi trabajo lejos veo hoy el carro y veo rallones y el farro sin que lo cambiaran.

The repair work was excellent! Everyone was helpful and efficient. I did think that my car taking 8 days when I was told 3 or 4 was too long. I was never told it was going to be longer. Updates would be appreciated. Thank you Barbara

My experience was good except for a lack of communication at the end and my bumper could be adjusted a little better.

General appearance is good. Bumper is 1/4” closer to bottom of tailgate on the passenger side.

General communication was ok but had to assume my truck was was ready for pick up the day my rental was due back, as I got no call letting me know you were ready to release my truck.

My honest opinion, the inequality was subpar. Once picking up the vehicle, I immediately noticed where some of the plastic parts have been spray-painted, but had not been spray paint at the full part so there was splash spray looking at the body detailing. I noticed where they had not gotten all the scratches and you can see on part of the vehicle where they had started and stopped running a buffer, and it looks like it’s probably permanent marks which will never go away. Everything that they replaced seems to be in good order and in good finish quality with the repairs they did themselves seemed to lack that same quality. The customer service was very responsive. However, I noticed the delay in time to notify the insurance company compared to when they noticed more damage seemed to stagger to the point that I was without a vehicle to a point that financially burden me on top of what I was already being burden to pay for these damages.
