The repair was great and went very smoothly.I appreciated the frequent updates. My only grip is that somehow the cd and radio got messed up and is now not working and needs to have a special code done to repair it. So I guess I will have to go to the dealership for that. I don't understand why that was messed around with to begin with.

Beyond satisfied! My car looks brand new. An incredible job and finished earlier than expected. Staff was courteous and helpful. The body work (paint job) is perfect. My car was cleaned inside and out! Far exceeded my expectations. Toyota will be the only car I ever own! I love how Toyota stands behind their products. They did this repair at no cost to me! And even gave me a rental car.. WOW. My car was almost 10 years old but looks new again. Thank You so much.

I did not get notification when repair was nearing completion. At 4:55pm on a Friday afternoon I called for status, since I had not heard anything. At 5:05pm a rep called back to let me know the car was ready and could be picked up before 5:30pm. On such short notice, I could not pick up my car that day. Had to wait until Monday to pick it up. I have to wonder if office just forgot to let me know car would be ready on Friday. Would have been so much nicer to get my car back Friday as soon as it was ready.
