But I would give the insurance company a 1. Hallett did an amazing job at everything they fixed but apparently the insurance company told Hallett not to fix the roof because no one can see it. This is a minivan. You can see the roof as you approach the car. The dings on the roof were the worst part of the damage and the first thing I noticed as Hallett walked me towards the car to inspect. I would never purchase this car at the end of my time with it with this hail damage and I hope it’s severely discounted for anyone who does.
