Paint damage after repairs, and Hinges on the door did not get painted because they were not itemized on the estimate. They should have been included in the paint bid or simply added as courtesy so the vehicle looked complete.

This would be considered hear say, but....The Geico adjuster, Mike, told me that my husband had a conversation with the shop owner, trying to get this vehicle totaled rather then repaired. There was no such conversation and would not have been our position with the vehicle. My call is recorded and Mikes comments are clear. I don't believe that Todd made that suggestion/comment, and I believe no business owner would detour customers, but I mention this so you are aware.
