Consider to change the practice of charging a percentage if a customer choose to pay with credit card. That fact alone make us -customers- seek a “credit friendly” business, since credit allow us to have more time to pay the bill.

This was a loaner car from Hanania Audi of Orange Park while my own car was being serviced. Unfortunately, Audi of Orange Park had my car in their shop for two days short of a month. The process of returning my vehicle to me was filled with untruths, stalling tactics coupled by an excuse of a lack of skilled personnel to repair my vehicle. Unfortunately, the VW was totaled in an accident which was not my fault while in my possession. I have been driving Audis for 40 years. The experience with your shop was so unnerving that I no longer own the Audi and never want to do business with Hanania again. I now drive a different brand vehicle.
