The repair took much longer than expected, and I rarely received any updates unless I contacted them myself to ask about the status. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I had to keep following up for information.

Jimmy did a great job communicating and was very helpful on first contact. He kept in contact during the repair process. Initially I would have given at least a 8 or 9 upon pick up. But within a week I’m discovering problems and I’m disappointed. Drivers door still stick intermittently, the switches to lift 3rd row seat doesn’t work, rear passenger camera seemed to have loosen and fell in number, and noticing my abrupt stops as if I’m near object when I’m not. I’m waiting for response from Jimmy and I will call directly of no response.
