I did not receive updates until I called and left a message and the date I could get my car kept moving. I do not have my car but had to return my rental car.

As soon as I walked in, Mike at the front desk took my info and got started right away. He introduced me to Jason, the repair advisor, who kept me updated every other day about the status and parts. Even though my claim was only $353.15, Jason treated me like I was an $8,000 customer. Most importantly, he held the insurance company accountable and got everything fixed—not just the mirror. AWESOME JOB JASON! Thank you for fighting for me and turning a little into a whole lot more.
