James was very helpful and informative making the procress as easy as possible. I was kept up to date with the plans and process and encouraged to ask questions. I noticed a seam needing smoothing and he offered to fix it repeatedly expressing that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied. I also appreciated how closely and well Han's and Enterprise worked together, which made things easier for me. Both my husband and I would go back to Han's in the future and would recommend their services to others.
