Harbour did a great job on my rear panel replacement. Paint is blended well with the rest of the vehicle given its 10 years old. Made the whole process easy and helped work around my schedule. Would recommend!

While the repairs took longer than expected it was made MUCH easier by the staff constantly updating me, patiently answering my questions, always taking my calls and/or calling with updates. I had had a positive experience with Harbor a few years ago so immediately went back this time. I will definitely recommend Harbour to friends - hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced. Kudos to your staff!

Without question the best customer service I’ve had - hands down. There were several unexpected delays but they were in regular contact to explain why & give me revised estimates of when it would be ready. All the staff were easy to communicate with and welcoming, no matter how much I called!

Our estimator was great! On day of pick up though the person I spoke with had an attitude and was very obviously annoyed at me because I was missing calls and texts that weren’t coming through to my phone due to a technical problem out of my control.
