The work appears good but cost more than twice as much as the original quote and took 3x as long as estimated. Given my repair was just a bumper and not something overly complex this all felt VERY egregious and unacceptable!!

The exterior of the tailgate looks absolutely fantastic. The painter did a fantastic job. On the inside of the tailgate it looks like it only got 1 coat of paint. Time will tell if this will be an issue long-term.

The repair would have been a 10 but they forgot to put a small, but important, part back onto the car.

Several issues: I had to call back several times on Friday the 21st to confirm that they could take my car on Monday the 24th (Thanksgiving week); I had to call my insurance company about the paperwork and approval; insurance rep said the paperwork had been submitted to Harbour on the 19th via the system used by Patriot Insurance. Finally, spoke with the manager who was able to locate the paperwork in the system and he confirmed I could drop my car off the following Monday the 24th. They failed to call me when my car was ready. I called for an update and was told, twice by two different people, that the AC battery in my car needed to be charged before my car would be finished. Come to find out, the AC battery issue belonged to another customer and my car was actually ready but I wasn’t being told this. They forgot to reinstall a part.
