Jason Story and Carrie did a good job in customer relations. Overall, the Collision Center did an excellent job of fixing the vehicle. Communication of a clear pick-up date could be improved, if possible!

Body work was a work of art. Communication was good and didn’t leave me hanging. However, when I picked up my car after hours, the battery was run down to zero and needed a jump. Other than that, would recommend this place to anyone in need.

The job that they did on my car was amazing, and they even cleaned my car out and vacuumed it out! The service was exceptional, and in a world like today where people do not do these kind of things this is amazing! If I ever need my car repaired any of my cars repaired I will come back to your company, and I will ask for Brian! You should be proud to have an employee like Brian! I’m definitely glad he was there for me.

Through the entire process I was assisted by Jason. Never have experienced such professionalism and care at a collision center. My previous visits to other centers have been daunting and required many calls to stay notified of the process. Jason communicated effectively without pestering and was very polite and courteous. If I ever need another repair I will be returning to your center because of Jason.
