I have a bit of a unique car and was told her it would be a delay because of unavailable parts. I made a phone call and found the part. When I brought this to their attention, they retrieved the part in three days in my vehicle was subsequently fixed. Communication was strong, they listened and responded timely with every question/concern I had (lots) at every point. I needed my car done, timely and they accommodated me and split my services so that I could get my car functional and then when I return from a trip complete the bodywork. I appreciate Brandi she is excellent.
