The work that was done was acceptable. I understand that the paint color that I have is hard to match. Communication was great no issues with that at all. I did ask for some additional work to be done that I said I would pay for out of pocket that was not done. And when I called to explain that it seemed to get brushed off. I just expected better based off my pervious experience with Tom Wood Lexus when I bought a car. That was the best car buying experience I have even had and just thought it would have been the same using there body shop.

With regards to Chris, imo you don’t put the customer in an uneasy situation when you say “I have had past experiences with your insurance company and they may not cover all your repair costs. Repeatedly asking me how to proceed putting me in the middle between the repair shop and my insurance company. My insurance company was reassuring to me that the only cost I would incurs was my $500 deductible. Judging by how the whole process went I’m guessing the repair team was trying to bait me into saying something that would leave me on the hook for some costs. When I informed the repair team that I would defer any questions they may have to my insurance company I was still pressed on how to proceed with the repairs. This is unprofessional behavior.
