⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Perfection! I cannot recommend Tom Wood Collision Center enough! After my recent car accident, I was incredibly stressed—especially since I was expecting a baby and was so worried about whether my vehicle would be repaired in time. Fortunately, Mr. Lynn and his team made the entire process completely seamless and transparent. Lynn customer service is amazing they kept me updated every step of the way and handled all the stress of dealing with Progressive Insurance for me. I also want to give a special thank you to Mr. Keith, the onsite Progressive claims adjuster. Lynn and Keith worked great together and kept me in the loop the entire time. When pickup day arrived, I was completely blown away. The repair work is flawless, the paint match is absolutely perfect, and the car looks brand new again. You would never even know it was in an accident! On top of that, they finished the job ahead of schedule. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, honesty, and beautiful craftsmanship. If you need auto body work done right, this is the only place to go!

After over five weeks in the shop, my car was returned to me with a new scratch and a misaligned door. I’m told the scratch will be corrected at no charge, but this poor quality and lack of post-repair inspection is unacceptable.

They went above and beyond when it came to appearance of the vehicle. I was not expecting it to be detailed inside and out. However, I am currently unable to drive it as the rotor was impacted and after driving it home, I now have no brakes.
