I cannot stress enough how helpful Brandi was with the entire process. This was my first time ever having to go through insurance for repairs and I went in blind on everything that needed to be done. Brandi answered every single question I had in detail, was always patient and kind, and was extremely easy to work with. I never felt like I was being misled during any step of the process and she even went out of her way to help me through the process of making sure the claim was filed properly. She had every opportunity to tell me I needed to figure things out on my own and instead walked me through everything I needed to do and everything I should expect from the other party’s insurance. It would be impossible for me to recommend your facility enough after this experience. 5 stars, no notes, completely stress free experience.
