Whatever repairs that were done were good but due to the miscommunication, it was quite a turn off. So, I don't think I willl be choosing Bill Estes nor can I in good faith recommend this body shop to friends. My heart breaks to make this kind of decision as I really think Bill Estes is a nice person. I have mutual friends who think he is a wonderful and my daughter goes to a school that he supports.
