I’m not pleased with happening when I left my car someone stole my ring out of my car while my car was being repaired at the shop I’m not happy about that I will be calling Allstate to inform them what happened while my car was at the shop

My sales person was very polite. But i must say, my car was held for 3 weeks and i had to constantly call for updates. No notifications were given. Also my vehicle was returned with 3 of the 5 lug nuts not put back on my tires. I realized it a week later. Pretty dangerous for a mechanic to give me the car in that condition.
