Processes were reasonably quick. When GEICO said they might not cover something, I was treated quite well by the shop and given a discounted estimate in case I had to pay. It was appreciated and made me likely to return with my next car.

I was given a premium rental car which was a nice gesture but apparently the insurance information from the adjuster to enterprise rental was incorrect. According to Steven at enterprise, James the adjuster forward my insurance info to enterprise instead of the insurance info from the person who damaged my car. I was subsequently billed $50 twice, which caused my bank account to go into overdraft. Needless to say I was not happy!!! I would like to add, My car is always returned in excellent condition and everyone is normally very professional and nice.
