I used the body shop because the insurance of the person who hit me suggested them. I am so glad they did. I hope I never need a body shop again but I would use definitely use them.

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication about what was going on with my car. On two different occasions the shop had started working on my car without talking to me first about what kinds of the were going to be done, and whether I was okay with the work they were going to do. In addition, the person assigned to me (I think it was Jim?), would say he would call me back on some of my questions, and I never got a call back. I had to call back and follow up on the questions.
