There was a few mistakes made with the repair but what made it better was that the team took responsibility and corrected the issue. There were no fuss, or misunderstanding. It was pure magic, it reminds me that things will happen in life but it is how we respond to it that makes the difference. The team took full ownership of the repair and had everything taken care of in no time. Great job, great people.

I will give Harris County Body Shop a 3 out of 5 stars, desk attendant was very helpful and informative as well as Gary. The only few things I had a small issues with was that my car was as the shop for almost 4 weeks. I understand back order can happen so that’s not big of an issue. The other things I was dissatisfied was that my car came back misaligned, I received my car with a scratch on the bottom front passenger door (it wasn’t there when it was dropped off), and the last thing was that one of my wheels came back with a missing lug nut which I did go back to informed them and George was very helpful in making sure I received one. Overall 3/5, communication was there and delivery wasn’t the best. Thank yall for fixing car either way!
