Took my car in for body work. My car was running well when I left it there. By the time I picked up my vehicle the motor was blown. Your body shop caused mechanical issues on my Kia Sorento. What happened? I did inform Audrey Herrera that the car had a small leak. Someone left my car running without water!. Yet I was accused of dropping it of without water WOW.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to Harris County Body Shop. I was charged $350 for a starter I didn’t have a problem with. Told I needed a battery then told there was a problem with the coolant. Bunch of rip offs. I will be sure to spread the bad service of how this business screws the people.

I cannot express how absolutely thrilled I am with the repair work done by Harris County Body Shop on my car! After a stressful accident, their team went above and beyond, transforming my vehicle back to showroom condition—you can't even tell where the damage was. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish; they were professional, kept me in the loop, and delivered the car ahead of schedule, even returning it cleaner than when I dropped it off. It is so rare to find this level of craftsmanship and integrity, and I will absolutely be recommending them to everyone I know.
