Harry’s was established in 1974 inside a rented small shed at the corner of La Brea and Olympic in the heart of Los Angeles. This humble shop has grown to become our flagship location at over 90,000 sq. feet. In 2014 we launched a boutique facility at the Auto Mall in Thousand Oaks specializing in high end, exotic and electric vehicles. For almost 50 years, we have grown with the auto industry and adapted to the emerging technologies all while developing the necessary skills required to repair today’s advanced automobiles. Certified with most manufacturers, we are able to repair almost any type of vehicle with any type of damage. We follow the specific manufacturer guidelines to repairs vehicles the way they should be while maintaining warm relationships with all insurance carriers.

A good friend of mine recommended Harry's to me saying the repair work would be done right. However, I still have two doors with paint flaws that are minor but noticable. I showed these to my contact at Harry's but was told 1) it was not their fault and 2) they were minor so just to ignore them. This is not the quality or the customer service I was expecting after my friend recommended Harrys

Much of the work was great but a few flaws soured our experience

1) My contact at Harrys was friendly, 2) When filling out paperwork at the start of the repair I checked the box to be contacted with updates on the vehicle status. I did not receive any updates but had to call and ask about what was happening with the car, 3) When I showed how the door lock/unlock buttons did not work he got that fixed, 4) When I pointed out a chip in the paint he said it must have occurred when I was dirving the car home even though it was there before I left the lot. When I pressed him about this he said the flaw is minor and to just ignore it. 5) When I pointed out scuff marks from a sander he had someone try to buff them out but they are still visible. 6) When I pointed out overspray he said he was not going to do anything about it.
