Very disappointing. I had a appointment set up for August 30 they did not start on my truck until after two weeks I was told it would be a two week duration to begin with it ended up taking four weeks.

The man I spoke to when I picked up my car told me there was issues with insurance not wanting to pay for the repair, but that I would not owe a dime. He told me that for me and my family/friend’s safety they repaired the car the way the manufacturer says to repair it in order to ensure quality. Specifically, he said that is how he sleeps at night. I really appreciated the integrity of Harry’s on the Hill, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a car or repairs.
