They were 1 day later than promised but we had a big snow storm so that may be that some people didn't make it to work

While not 100% the fault of Hart Kia, the time it took to fix my vehicle was unacceptable. And then they never offered a loaner vehicle on top of that. So I had to pay over 2k in rental costs.
