It took longer than I expected.

I didn’t feel like I got much customer service. Other than the computer generated messages I had to call to get updates on the repair progress. It was to be completed in five days. I called on day five at 4:30 and the estimator had to go check on the progress and call me back. It took two more work days to be finished.

Without reservation! The Hart collision repair team is a solid group of professionals from top to bottom. Everyone is so nice and courteous but most importantly professional. Following the estimate they explained exactly what they were going to do - and that’s what they did! My vehicle was actually ready a day before the promised delivery date!!
