I appreciated how they kept me updated on the work. I also appreciated that when they took the bumper off and noticed something was loose, they decided to order a new bumper to make sure the work was done correctly.

I have always and will continue to recommend Hart due to several employees and Carl for always making things right and being so kind each time I come in. I can take my car to get detailed. Its more important to have an honest shop with honest employees.

Repair was faster than they expected; everyone was very courteous and kind; overall process was fairly easy and not as stressful as expected. A little disappointed in the condition my car was returned to me as far as it looking like they took both doors off and left wide open while they sanded right next to it.

From start to finish, the entire team treated me with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The head mechanic, Mike, went above and beyond to make sure my SUV was repaired properly. He showed real concern for my situation and remained exceptionally kind and understanding throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was his perseverance—he did not settle until he located the correct parts and ensured they fit my vehicle exactly as they should. That level of dedication truly meant a lot to me. I also want to recognize Ms. Helen and Janet, who were both incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. Every interaction I have had at HART Motor Company over the past eight years has been positive, and this experience only confirmed why I continue to trust them with my vehicle. It is rare to find a company that combines technical excellence with such sincere customer care. I am extremely pleased with the repairs and grateful for the compassion shown to me during a stressful time. Among all of the great benefits, great service we received (there was a snafu that seems to have been rectified)….. just can’t give them a hundo. I have no problem rating my experience at a solid 98%. That’s pretty stinking good. I would recommend taking your vehicle there for collision reasons. I would myself use them again. Thanks to Hart!
