All employees were great and willing to answer my questions. I was advised by updates on how the repairs were going. Ricky Conner explained everything about the repairs to be done and the ladies at the front desk were nice and they made my experience with Hart one to remember.

I would have given them a 10 if there were not problems with my windshield.

My windshield ended up cracked after the work was done. It was not there when I left it there for repair. It’s a spider crack but Hart is not taking responsibility for it. Left corner of windshield. Staff was very friendly.

My estimate was written by Les and handled correctly. Cindy was my communication person after that. I dropped my car off on Monday , November 1st and was given a finish date of November 3rd. The car was completed and Cindy called to let me know. I believe Chris was the Tech. Car looks good. Cindy said if I had any issues, to contact her. Good Job Hart Team.

I told them something else was wrong after the first estimate and offered to bring it back but they wanted to wait. I was not totally satisfied with the repair. There is a small gap under the driver side light.

Paint looks amazing, can't tell that there was any dents or scratches anywhere on the Kia Soul. Top driver side near windshield the black panel isn't connected back all the way and needs to be. Let's hope they do a great job as well on my Chevrolet Sonic LTZ

They updated me every couple weeks and the receptionist was always nice. The guy at the body shop also was helpful and I'm overall happy with their customer service.

Staff was professional and courteous. They were transparent about potential time delays due to difficulty obtaining parts during Covid. The work was done well and the text updates on the status of the work was a nice extra. I was very pleased!
