After hearing nothing for two weeks when i called on dec 15th was told you were waiting on parts and told me might not be received until after holidays thus resulting in my insurance coverage for rental expiring before car being repaired. Communication could have been much better but Helen was wonderful as I spoke with her pretty much daily after that.
