Right headlight not replaced, grill needs alighnment, left mud guard not replaced, bumper needs replaced as it is bent. Said it was GM new bumper, I don't think it was, re-cromed . fender guard loose. Some other small issues.

Everyone was friendly. Our Yukon needed collision repair, a recall fix and a service bulletin to replace the rear taillights. Instead of them coordinating all of this, I had to s tay on top on it. They even thought it was ready for pickup, so my wife and I drove 30 minutes to get there and realized that even though they performed a state inspection, the tail lights were not working. That’s because they did not order and replace them like I was told they did.This was very inconvenient because we had to make another trip to have the repair done. Simple coordination by Hart could have eliminated this and made the experience less disruptive.

Was guaranteed to have the car ready by a certain date. That date came and went, no calls. I called that evening to find out the status of my car. Was told it’d be ready first thing the next morning. I called again and it wasnt ready. Was told they’d call later on. Nobody called until I called around noon and was finally told it’s ready
