Quality of the repair was excellent and completed ahead of schedule. There was an issue with the tailgate not opening properly when I picked it up but it was a simple matter of a latch being reinstalled backwards and they fixed while I waited.

Everyone there is alway so nice and knowledgeable . I really like the text message letting me know what step the truck was at during the repairs. I was really sup when my truck was washed and vacuum out and wipes down on the inside i really appreciate the extra details . Thank you all for doing such an amazing job!! Sherry

After waiting 2 months for repairs, the car was returned with a car part laying on the front seat and the ac had not been charged. We had to wait another 3 days for them to fix the ac. A quality check after repairs could have avoided that and now makes me wonder what else was neglected. For over $12000 in repairs and a 2 month wait, I would have expected the car to be ready and a check to be done. Also, no one came to the car to talk to us or look over the car with us. The person at the desk just handed us the key and told us they would have to send a receipt for our deductible because the computers were down. :-(

Very pleased with the work that was done on my vehicle. Was nervous when told they wouldn’t be able to match the paint perfectly, but when picking up vehicle it all looked amazing! Very awesome work! Mike was my advisor and he was fantastic, and very so good at keeping me updated and all the things!
