First repair left my brand new 500 mile car with scratches, dust and trash in the backseat, smudges on the tail light and a misaligned fender. Horrible communications. I was told I would receive a call back 2 times after not hearing back from the repair shop in over 1 week and I had to call a 3rd time to demand to speak to someone about my cars status. Car was in the shop for way too long, about 3 weeks. It should have been repaired correctly the first time. Horrible experience and my brand new car feels like a used vehicle now.
