I picked up my 2019 Cadillac Escalade with a cracked windshield. I had to take my vehicle to Cadillac of New Orleans the next week after returning the rental car. Cadillac confirmed the rear camera was not working properly and needed to be replaced. I told you guys repeatedly the camera was distorted after the accident but obviously you didn't have the technology or expertise to properly inspect it. Finally, you can tell the rear bumper was painted.
