Very nice, accurate estimate. I always had to call to get updates. When I called to schedule, I was told not to bring the car on Monday because calibration only occurs on Tu and Fr; I was told to bring it in on Wednesday, work would be done Wed and Th, then it could be calibrated on Fr and I would have it for the weekend. When I brought it in Tuesday, they were surprised that I expected it on Friday! They were apologetic and said they expected to have it ready by Tuesday. I called Monday to be sure it was going to be ready Tuesday, and was told they were still trying for Tuesday. I called Tuesday at 4 pm before I headed over and was told it wasn’t done (“thought I said Wednesday”; should be done 10:30-11 on Wednesday). I called at noon on Wednesday and was told should be ready around 1 pm, which it finally was. Also, I needed an oil change and tire rotation, and wiper replacement. Asked body shop and they said to call service. Called service and they said to have body shop let them know when the car was there, “it won’t be a problem.” Body shop called service on Wednesday, pick up day, and were told that service couldn’t accommodate! Body shop at least replaced the wipers.

Communication could be better. I left phone messages that wrre never returned. I understand it was a new manager and departing manager, but it was frustrating to have to keep calling to get a live person only to find the parts supplier sent the wrong parts twice...hence the delays. The workmanship is great.

You guys do an awesome job so good. I recommended my daughter to bring her truck in the same day. I got mine always have the best in town body shop.

The workmanship at Harvey collision was excellent. The service I received was excellent. The staff drove me to the rental facilities so then I could obtain a vehicle. They finish the vehicle on time and called me immediately. Overall, I was very sad side with the service and would recommend probably collection to anybody.
