Easy, smooth process. The reception are is like a glorious tiny version of a hotel lobby (vast difference from the Enterprise waiting area I went to directly afterwards lol). Good communication and updates. Beautiful work on the car repair and I loved that you clean led my car inside and out! Fun surprise! You somehow made getting rear-ended a pleasant experience!
