Lindsay and Larry both were AWESOME to work with throughout the process. Before our accident we didn’t know Harvey’s Collision existed; and now, we wouldn’t go anywhere else (primarily thanks to the service and dedication of both Lindsay and Larry, but the car looks amazing also!!)!

4.5/5. Quality of work was terrific. Customer service was terrific. Only complaint was time. It was estimated to require 3 days when I first dropped it off. Estimate was moved to 11 days after evaluation. Then it was agreed to change to 7 days. Then it was bumped back to 9 days, then changed to 8. Ended up being 9. The frequent changes and overall time required were a great inconvenience, especially as I ended up being without any form of transportation for 9 days when I was only planning on it being 3, or at the longest 7. Other than this issue, I was very satisfied.
