Harvey’s did an excellent job repairing the front end of my Lincoln. It did take a bit longer than expected, but the final result was worth the wait. They do pay attention to detail, which I appreciate. My car looks like new again. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them. I dealt with Brandon and Rob, who were both excellent.

I wish every company in the US operated like Harvey’s. They are highly communicative, professional, transparent, and go above and beyond. My car was fixed quickly, and I’m sure they washed and cleaned my car before handing it back to me. They also were able to point out some potential tech issue with my car and recommended that I take it to genesis for further evaluation. Every interaction was easy and their customer service is excellent.

I am impressed with the job that Harvey’s did on my repairs after someone rear ended me. I’m always nervous about the quality of the finished product, but I’m thankful they took care of my car. I’m also very thankful for their communication and trying to accommodate my crazy schedule.

Unfortunately, I have 2 cracks in the paint where one of the repairs were made that I noticed less than 24 hrs later, and there is some rattling coming from the back that is louder when the vehicle is sitting idle. The warranty is great, so I trust it’ll be taken care of, but as a busy high school teacher and director of 2 dance teams.. having to bring her back in is inconvenient. I’d rather the time be taken initially to assure quality, especially in an already inconvenient situation.
