ABOVE AND BEYOND - I dropped my car off to this place that had 5 star reviews left and right, but i was not hopeful. However, I should have been, from the first phone call to picking up my car, the communication was great, the repair was done well and and added bonus my car was super clean inside and out.

I was pleasantly greeted upon arrival, I was told I could leave my rental there and not worry about scheduling the pick up and drop off of that. I was met outside when dropping off my car and they listened and responded well.

Absolutely positive experience with my car repair process. The communication was the best I’ve ever had. I knew what was being done to my car and when via texts, and I could also reach out to them via text. Especially loved that company I rented a car from had it worked out with Harvey’s, so I was able to return my car at the repair place. That allowed me to get my car quicker. They were also very patient and thorough in going over everything that had been done to my car. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Everyone was SO kind. My car looks brand new again.
