Communication was great. There were unexpected delays, but mainly due to a broken part which was not found during the initial planning of the repair. I got my car washed and detailed in the inside, which made it an unexpected and great experience. The repair job was very well done, and it's impossible to tell that the car was involved in an accident on the rear side. I would definitely keep bringing my vehicle for any future accidents and would strongly recommend this body shop to everyone looking for a responsive and high quality job.
