I’ve taken our cars to HAWS many times and they’ve always done a great job. This time, though, follow up communication on status of car repair can definitely be improved upon.

Body work was excellent. However, I had to return the car because the front tire and steering wheel began to shake. The shop they subcontracted to do the tire & wheel work did not balance the tire properly. HAWS should have test drove the car more to insure the tire work was done correctly.

Response time and follow up from the adjuster overseeing the repair needs improvement. I had to initiate the calls and request return calls to find out status of car repair. It was with HAWS for over 3 weeks and again another week to fix the tire & wheel.
