Estimated repair was 5 days, Mon-Fri. Monday took care in, Wednesday at noon I received message that car was primed and to be painted on Thursday, Friday put back together/completed. Thursday afternoon I called to get time estimate and learned car hadn’t been painted yet. Then it was targeted for Monday completion, then Tuesday, then Wednesday afternoon was ready. I’m confident they put other jobs ahead of me. First time I didn’t go to BMW for repairs. Very different experience. I received a lot of explanations, didn’t receive service I expected (2 friends had recommended Haws and you have good reputation. I chose Haws for those reasons AND you’re a State Farm preferred provider.
