I picked up my car today after a week in the shop. Excellent work. I was constantly updated on the work status. Price was very good. If you have a Mercedes Benz, please don't be deceived into going to a Mercedes dealership for repairs, I did that before coming to HDR, their quote was outrageous. This is the best place for your repairs, PERIOD

Any time I send a Home Depot truck to that shop they do unnecessary work that don't have anything to do with what I sent it there for. One time it sent truck for a blown-out tire and the mud flap was a bent all the way up. they bent it back in place there was a crack in the cross brace, but they charged us for a new one.

Hard for me to assess the quality of the repair since most of it occurred behind the bumper itself. The exterior presenstation of the repair is 10/10 though.

Could not have gone to a better place. The work done looks great. Looks like a new car again. We are soooooo happy. HDR will be the only place I bring any of my cars to. Extemely happy. Highest quality work and got the car back quick too. Completely recommend to get any collision, body or paint work done at HDR. Awesome job and the staff are soooo helpful. Lida and Julio are the best. Completely trust them with any of my cars.

Repair quality is good and we were off to a good start when the owner drop me off at the rental car agency however after that no communication for four weeks until I requested updates. Communication could’ve been better

Repair took too long and there was no communication, when I went to check after about a month later their computers were down, once the updated me in error that they needed weeks more and then the next day they asked me to pick up the car. Felt like they were quick to get the car in, spent a lot of time maximizing the sale with CEI and fixed the car quick. Quality of the repair is fine or looks great, car was detailed nicely, people were very nice/kind.
