I took my repairs to my local service center , it was more than they could handle , I was referred to HDR , I had used HDR 3 yrs ago and the experience was ok, but the communication could have been better, , so before I could call , Todd had contacted me , he explained the process with the insurance company, he took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and explain the repairs, he kept his word with the updates and make sure I was informed every step of the way, this was so different from the last time, when I come to pick up the repairs , Todd was in the front office and one other woman was in the other , he was just checking out another customer, when it was my turn he had the paperwork ready for me which was very accommodating, especially when he was answering 3 other phone calls while I was there , I'm very impressed with his skill, Todd will get my business for now on thank you

The customer service was great! Todd continually let.me know how my car was comong along and it took.less time than i expected. He thoeoughly checked the car over and showed me what needed done along the way. Also, his price was very fair. I highly recommend Todd and HDR.

The staff at HDR truly has gone over and above to make sure my car was repaired back to pre-loss condition,, I have given them a poor rating with a prior repair, and it was the insurance company that made me think they were at fault , well it wasn't HDR at fault State Farm insurance has failed me as a customer, and clearly has no desire to do the right thing, that's when Todd and Erlin stepped in and became my voice to make sure my car was fixed correctly,, I can't say enough about the staff at HDR,, Todd & Erlin, thank you for your help and professionalism ,, If I could give 10 stars I would
