Work, excellent. Communication overall solid. About two weeks went by without an update. Turns out a lead was out of office unexpectedly. Would submit this as an area to improve. Overall process was hassle free. You were very accommodating and helped navigating the insurance company so that I didn't have to. You also helped me pick up and drop off my rental car. Only possible negative is that I am not quite sure the dent is fully back to the original state. It just looks a little off to me.
