Everybody at Heitzman Body & Paint were very polite and accommodating to my husband and me as we only have one car. The service was thorough and exceptional especially the people in the front office. Rocky, Danielle and Ryan answered every question with respect especially towards me as I don't know much about cars. received a phone call January 28th or 29th telling me my car was not going to be ready until February 9th. I told them I was on vacation that week, and wouldn't be able to pick my car up until I got back on the 15th. Received regular text updates until 2/8 when I received the following text,"Update: Hi Allen. We are nearing completion. The last mile is the toughest! If any delays, we will call you. Heitzman Body & Paint, Inc." I never heard anything else so I had my wife drop me off the morning of the 15th as planned, only to find out the car was still not ready. The gentleman looked at his notes and confirmed there had not been a phone call since January and apologized, however I was still 50 minutes from home with no transportation. They called for a rental car pickup, which I had to pay a $250 deposit to use their car. Am still not happy about the whole situation.

Seemed to be disorganized. Repair was not completed in the estimated time. Had to return after picking up vehicle to replace a part that had arrived broken. Windshield washer reservoir had been replaced and the front and rear window tubes were reversed. Quality of repair looks great!
