Excellent repair - no sign of any damage to our brand new car. Rocky carefully explained our options. I felt like Heitzman treated my car as if it was the car of someone in their family.

They told us about our options up front - they worked with our insurance company and took the hassle away from us- they helped take the sting out of having our brand new car hit - the person that hit us did not have auto insurance so it was not a normal insurance situation but Heitzman made it all happen without extra work from us - we were thrilled
