I was very impressed with the customer service. I was waited on immediately and given an estimate within 10 minutes. Heitzman has an excellent rep in the community and when I told the insurance company who I had chosen, they were very satisfied with who would do the job. I loved the text messages updating me with my car's progress daily. They made me feel a part of the process and not just the person waiting a set amount of days for the car to be do e. I could plan my days. And.... My car was vacuumed... I brought it in dinged and dirty and it came home clean and looking brand new. Thank You so much
