I mean it when I say I am not a trusting person, especially when it comes to my car. But Danielle and the Heitzman team are out of this world amazing! They are worth going out and talking to. Danielle spent an hr and a half with my husband and I taking all the pictures, answering all of our questions. She went above and beyond. Heitzman has earned my business for life if I ever need accident repairs ever again. They aren't in the insurance pocket, they're in yours. They go to bat for you against the insurance company. They do the heavy lifting when insurance only sees you as the bad guy.
