David made the experience of having someone run into my vehicle turn into something wholly positive! I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He went above and beyond in explaining the process to me, putting me completely at ease along the way, and even getting in touch with the insurance company on my behalf when they were lagging with determinations. Dealing with this sort of thing is usually something I absolutely DREAD, but David actually made the entire process not just tolerable, but pleasant! I don't know how he works his magic, but y'all should do whatever you can to keep him at Helfman, because he's a master of his craft. 10/10 would recommend, every.single.time.

We really appreciated working with David at Hellman Collision Center. He gave great updates via email and phone while my car was being worked on.
