Chelsea was wonderful to work with. She touched base with me several times about the status of the repair of my vehicle. The car looks great after the backend was melted by another car that caught on fire I only have one concern. My rear backup camera being different than before the fire. It has maybe 20% less view in the screen. I’ll contact Chelsea on 7/13/26.

Craig & Chelsea have been great in evaluating the damage to the “melted rear end” of my SUV due to a fire in the car parked behind me. Chelsea touched base with me 2-3 times before the parts were in and at least 3-4 times during the repair job to let me know the progress being made. I am VERY SATISFIED with Chelsea and the work done on my car. This is the 2nd time I’ve had car repairs at one of the Hendrick Collision locations & I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing expert repairs done by a company that provides amazing customer service.
