This experience, which is still going on is the worst customer experience I have ever had with any product. No timely return calls. I still don’t have my truck after 35 days. I have gone two levels up from Zayne Wilson and still no solutions . I just get we can’t find the vendor to fix your truck. I would like to complain to the insurance company but I said that I wanted to use Hendrick. I still am waiting on responses after another 72 hour period when no one responded to my request or delivered on their commitment to get back with me. This is beyond ridiculous.

The list goes on I chose this shop because my Jaguar truck was repaired at the luxury body shop. But after this experience with my impala I have no comments on how my service experience was. I’m just going to leave it with if you don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say it at all that would save me time and you all the embarrassment

We picked up my car last Friday and it looks great! Job well done and thank you to Devery and Anna for helping me get State Farm to get over to Hendrick and say they would pay for the calibration on my head rest and sensors. State Farm was a horrible experience and tried to fight paying for fixing my car and I was clearly rear ended by their client and they were horrible to deal with.
